Susan Fielding

Susan is a graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in Newington, CT. She has always had an interest in keeping bodies healthy and strong. As a young student she was involved in athletics and was on teams for swimming and tennis. As a mother of 3, she was a spectator and encourager for all sports her children were involved in. She has always been involved in her own exercise, be it swimming, walking, cross-country skiing, Curves for Women and yoga.

CCMT is an accredited school of Higher Education by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology. Diploma for Massage Therapist required from this school was 638 hours. Courses included anatomy and physiology, kinesiology, pathology, business practices and many hands-on massage technique courses.

Susan has found that providing massage enables her to assist people with their desire to reach optimal health and it keeps her in good physical and mental shape as a provider.

Susan Fielding has volunteered as a Massage Therapist for the following sport/fundraising events – Bike for the Cure for MS – Hartford ½ Marathon. She has also served as a Sports Massage class assistant at CCMT.

The Snug Harbor Massage Studio is located in a private home on Lake Pocatopaug in East Hampton, CT. Directions are given upon booking of an appointment.
